Checked SNR calculations and SNR 3 gives a different result than others for mass 2e13 (testing 500 objects). Use this with the kappa_profiley branch of orphics for updates to FixedLens class. |

Added functionality such that the template used for lensing can be defined by the user, and is different from the template used in cross correlations. Also updated snr calculations and added testing plots for lensing template.
Added an option to skip lensing for flatsky sim case, also updated in orphics/kappa_profiley branch.
